I had such a wonderful time at this hotel. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with two stunning palaces nearby and a beautiful lake. Being surrounded by the forest and close to the castle felt like a fairytale come to life. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The shuttle service was a great convenience, and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. Plus, the staff were always available to help with any tours or ticket assistance I needed.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The location alone is worth it, and the service was impeccable.
